Parents are Charged

Parents can get arrested for leaving their children in cars unattended. The charges are serious, but not as serious as the death of a child. Do you think parents should be arrested for forgetting their children? In a recent case, Mr. Lillie was charged for leaving his duaghter in a car for four hours- in a hot car. I want to be very angry at the parents. I want to see something happen for those that are so careless. But, does it matter? Will going to jail make parents stop forgetting their children? This dad lost his little girl. That is devastating. Now, he has to go to jail. How should we feel when parents do this? Is this a crime, or a tragic accident? I would like to hear your opinion.
