Parents arrested- left kids in freezing car for wine tasting

You have to watch the selfishness of these parents. They were arrested for leaving their young children in their car, with the engine off. This happened in Washington D.C. with outside temperatures at the freezing point. The young children were cold and crying while the parents were down the street. What were the parents doing? "Wine tasting" at a restaurant. They were arrested, but have been released. Meanwhile, the children are receiving protective care.
